New Doha International Airport (NDIA) Labor Camp

Total planning and management of Labor Camp for the NDIA project, housing for more than 24,000 people three years management contract – started October 2005.  The project included the management of 14 contractors with their corresponding 24,000 personnel, to cover all health, safety, occupational, shelter, laundry facilities, toilet facilities, bathing facilities, kitchens, food service and preparation, rodent and insect control, security, cleaning, etc… all to OSHA and westerner standards.  All services derived and based on Human Right for the NDIA Labor Camp occupants.

BARWA Al BARAHA Truck Park Facilities

Supervision and technical support for the planning, designing, and construction of BARWA AL-BARAHA Truck Park Facility and the development of the BARWA AL-BARAHA Truck Park Facility Management and Implementation Plan.  The scope of works included: preparation of all tender documents reporting and evaluation, Truck Park Regulations, Parking Management, Review Parking Layout, Facilities Details and Requirements, Management Team Responsibilities, Construction Requirements, Security Standards, Sanitation Standards, Safety Controls and Procedures, Truck Repair Guidelines, Emergency Management Plan, Environmental Management System, Environmental Management Plan, Parking Charges Matrix, Truck Park Fines and Penalties, Review of the Operating System, Review of financial/fess schedule system, Risk Management and Assessment, Accident and Incident Management, Monthly Reporting & Guideline.  Project capacity is 4,203 trucks

Al AQARIA – QREIC – Messaieed Labor Camps
Development of the implementation plans for QREIC labor camps in Messaieed (camp capacity 12,000 occupant), project period 90 days.

Consultation works for the implementation of the labor camp to include: training, supervision, inspections, documentation, reporting, and recommendations.  The scope of works included technical support client statement of requirements and consultation for the cleaning, security, catering, pest control tender and contract development along with fire, safety, signage, emergency management, laundry, access control, etc…

AMWAJ Catering Company – AMWAJ Dukhan Complex
Supervision and technical support for the planning, designing, and construction of AMWAJ Dukhan Complex.  The scope of works included the preparation of Dukhan Complex Regulations and Implementation Plans. The Implementation Plan and Village Regulations included the following: Mobilization and Demobilization, Labor Camp Regulations, Inspection Procedures, Inspection Forms, Management Team Responsibilities, Construction Requirements, Security Procedures, Cleaning Standards & Requirements, Catering Services Standards, Barbershop Guidelines, Laundry Services Guidelines, Emergency Management Plan, Health & Safety Plan, Traffic & Road Requirements, Environment Management, Safety Control & Procedures, Risk Assessment & Management, Accident and Incident Management, and Month end Reporting & Guideline.  Project capacity is 600 occupants

Ministry of Endowments & Islamic Affairs
Four buildings consisting of 42 flats in Al Mansoura area. The scope of works included managing the properties, supervising the cleaning works, supervising the security, monthly reports, financial reports

General Authorities of Minor Affairs
Client Representation and Consultation Works for the re-development of Al Muntaza Building 39 flats.  Scope of works included: project review and planning, tender preparation and recommendation, coordination with government agencies, supervision of contractor, review drawings, preparation for property management of the same building.

Texas A&M University – Qatar
The project included the management of 150 flats, villas and duplexes in different locations in Doha.  The scope of works included: cleaning, coordination with Security Company, maintenance follow up, management of soft and hard packs, utilities follow up, and monthly reports.

Cornell Medical College – Qatar (Townhouses # 5 & 8 )
The project included the management of 2 townhouses at the Four Seasons Hotel.  The scope of works included: cleaning, coordination with security, maintenance follow up, management of soft and hard packs, purchases, and monthly reports

Medicare Group (Al Ahli Hospital Company)
Property Management of two Buildings in Al Mansoura Area, consisting of 40 and 35 flats, a total of 75 flats.  The scope of works included managing the properties, supervising the cleaning works, supervising the security, coordinating with Medicare employees to occupy various flats and assisting with the utilities departments.

Four Seasons Hotel – Doha
Exclusive Brokerage Consultant for the 20 Townhouses at the West Bay Area.  One of the most prestigious housing accommodation in Qatar.  The project included the management of the cleaning, maintenance, and soft pack deliverables to tenants.

Qtel (GSM Antenna Stations)
Exclusively representing Qtel for locating, negotiating, coordinating, and contract preparation for all GSM Antenna Stations in Qatar.  The scope of works included the assignment of a Project Manager to follow up all matters with Qtel, government entities, utilities departments, property owners, and Qtel.

Qtel (Townhouses # 17, 18, 19, & 20)
This project very much resembles the requirements of Qatar Foundation for managing furnished flats to be occupied by Qatar Foundation staff and short period visitors.  The scope of services included the arrangement of airport pickup, transport to the accommodation, purchase of consumables (foods and shampoo etc…), cleaning, dry cleaning, check-in and check-out, food vouchers, documentation of occupants, and follow up on all matters relating to the occupants, etc…
